Learning objectives: 

  

  1. To provide an overview of CBPR in the context of working with faith communities to address child obesity racial disparities. 

2.   To present the formative collaborative obesity intervention development process between university and faith partners. 

3.   To present findings from a pilot faith-based child obesity intervention implemented in churches on Chicago’s South Side.
