Research Interests
         Dr. Yogev’s research focuses on many NIH-sponsored clinical trials that focus on different treatment aspects of individuals affected by HIV, and his laboratory is based at Children’s Memorial Hospital. Some of the current ongoing research includes: investigating the response to routine vaccination in patients with HIV; designing potent and easily managed treatment regimens to increase adherence; modulating treatment regimens and dietary needs to facilitate normal cognitive (mental) and physiological (body weight and size) growth; and developing rapid testing for resource-limited countries. In addition, Dr. Yogev participates in multiple clinical research studies evaluating new vaccines and phase pediatric drugs (Phase 1/II).
