Research Interests

Dr. Chadwick is an investigator in the AIDS Clinical Trial Unit: International Maternal Pediatric Adolescent AIDS Clinical Trials Group (IMPAACT) and the Pediatric HIV/AIDS Cohort Study Initiative (PHACS). She is chair of three IMPAACT primary therapy protocols investigating pharmacokinetics, safety and efficacy of newer antiretroviral therapies in young HIV-infected infants and those with HIV/tuberculosis co-infection; these protocols are conducted domestically and in resource-poor countries.
